Ah, I didn't realise it was course dependent :s-smilie:

I'm not sure to be honest - i'm trying to create a back up plan for if I don't get into Medicine and I'm not sure what I'd like to study other than Med.

You could have used your fifth choice to study something related? Oh, I can't wait for uni applications next year... :rolleyes:

studies but nothing which is competitive. Best do your research before using extra/clearing as a backup plan

Yes you can and I did - I was rejected though. So now I have my 4 med choices and I reckon I've only got a small chance with one of those, so I'm in dire need of a life re-think.
Hehe, I do sympathise, this is my second time round at UCAS applications and it doesn't get easier!

Sorry I can't be of much help, but I think you can find figures about clearing online, gives an idea of what places are available.
