Hey. This is my first post. I got fed up reading through all the posts so thought i would just ask. Any one who got pooled and then an got an interview at fitz heard if they got in or not?
i'm hating this waiting! and kinda giving up hope : (


yeah I am waiting for fitz as well after re-interview. (SPS). There was some people earlier in the thread who had found out from fitz. The waiting has just been awful.

I was reinterviewed at fitz last saturday and got a rejection through the post this morning.

Congrats to everyone who has offers.

If any of you who have offers don't mind me asking, what were your AS marks like. The reason I ask is that I managed to get an offer to read law at Newham whilst my friend applied to Robinson and got rejected. The only real difference was that her module marks were a bit low (80, 85, 90 and 98) whilst mine were all around 95%. I'm over the moon about my offer but disapointed for her so I'm just trying to figure out how much emphasis Cam puts on module marks.

Not a lot. I know someone who got straight rejected with 290s in 2 very relevant subjects and 90+ in all. I imagine her gcses were prettty gd too, although not sure what they are exactly. I had an average of 94, all 90+ got reinterviewed at Magdalene and I messed up the 2nd interview quite a bit but even with a good first interview got rejected.

I don't think module marks have a massive impact. I've got friends with good but not outstanding marks that have got in and ones with brilliant ones that didn't make it to the pool. I got 100 percent in six modules, and did pretty well in the others (apart from history - which was explained in my refs, along with everyone else's from my school as out of the 60 who took it we got one A).

I'm sure they look beyond them as long as overall they're decent.

Is there anyone left who got pooled to kings? Im still in the dark...
not for kings, but I'm still waiting for fitz
probably won't be till at least Monday now till we find out
but then I did get told about my re-interview on a Sunday, so maybe
wish they would just tell me either way

I got into fitz for philosophy last year after being pooled so hang in there!!! I am currently in my room avoiding an essay on Hume.
Fitz is a great college- i love it and the people are amazing :cool:


hey, do you by any chance know a russian guy called Andrew?! he does SPS, he is a fresher...

No, my UCAS hasn't changed and my SAQ is stuck on 'undergraduate pool'.

It seems college based. My UCAS updated at the same time as someone else, who applied to the same college, got rejected post-pool.
