I just want to know now so i can choose a college to reapply to next year! Cos I have been rejected by my number 2, will probably get rejected by 3 and I'm stuck in the pool for number 1!!! Does anyone know what the Law interview was like at Downing? x

Same xD my life is practically on hold just waiting to hear ANYTHING. I'm think I'm going to have a nervous breakdown if that phones rings once more and it's not Cambridge xD I've got severe tonsillitis too which isn't making the wait any better! 
Damn you SAQ people, who were far cleverer than me and thought to check their colleges, then post it up on here for me to see, realise, and check - now all i can do is DAMN TO HADES WHOEVER HOLDS THE PHONE/KEYBOARD AT CHURCHILL!!!!

I applied to Girton to read Maths, but then I was pooled. Just now Christ's sent me an email and gave me an interview on the 8th.....since i am an overseas, i replied to them that i can't make it.......i don't know if this affects my application or not..

Yeah but almost everyone gets pooled in the other direction so getting an interview from christs is pretty impressive

i got fished out by new hall. all girls unfortunately and i've been at an all girls school since i was 4 but i'm really happy anyway

What's going on with your SAQ?Personally I think the SAQ theories are complete codswallop. It all depends on the time you get an offer, whether the colleges have got round to updating the SAQ, whether you are being considered still or whether you have been put in the "offer" pile. I don't think we should be getting pessimistic over the "unable to login" problem.

Hi, I'm another poolee, from Magdalene for English (there seem to be so many of us!). Can't access my SAQ and have no other Uni offers, so, nice and promising my end! Good luck to all.

Me, Katie-koala, another guy on here, a guy from my interview day, now you too! that's 5 so far!
I've been pooled (finally found out today) - can I just ask about this "phoning" thing if colleges decide to get in touch with you during pooling? I am at college during the day, so do they phone your home phone even though you're not in?? What times do they phone??
Sorry if these questions have been answered previously - it's a long thread! And obviously there's no guarantee that I'll even need the information ultimately - it would just help if someone who knows would pass it on!
