Just got an offer from Girton from SPS after pooling. I applied there in the first place... honestly! But obv very happy!

Extremely unlikely, by allowing another college to take your file from the pool, they have effectively given you up.

That 70% boys thing was Churchill.
I came into school today and my teacher came up to me and said "blah blah well done for at least being pooled blah blah fingers crossed" and also "You did well in your interview".
Now I'm wondering if this was just an assumption, or Cambridge somehow communicated a reason for pooling to him?

From what I can tell from the stuff on the website, if another college wants to give you an offer without an interview, they'd be the ones who get you.
