All the couples I know, the guy asked. Saying that though I've only ever asked out 1 girl, and been asked by 4. So it varies.

Bah, it was just a mutual agreement with my boyfriend and I. Seriously. We were in MSN whilst I was in Paris and the convo just kinda went
"So, are we going to get together, or are we waiting any longer?"
