You need to broaden your mind a bit and get out of your little box. What a shallow person you are to make friends with people just because of the way they look and their nationality.

i must say something for this thread starter
there culture something the same as ours,i think
he or she just want to find a guy who is his fellow-villager or something,if you have this kind of statement
we always do this kind of thing:whenever we get to a strange place,we will try to find our fellow-villager
just custom,no mean to offend or racism
Elio
What a stupid thread lol, I think he was looking for a little arguementative words from people and he got it, someone should just lock this thread totally pointless

It's not really a pointeless thread, some people may want to go to a university with more diversity, and if it was so pointless u should not have responded.

I would say that Exeter is not the most diverse university racially, but you would by no means feel 'odd' or be treated any differently

I havn't come across any shops specifically specialising in Halal products, but I havn't really looked...maybe try internet searches or yellow pages?
Christ OP, can you please not reinforce this irritating stereotype that all Muslims are illiterate foreigners, please; a little attention to spelling goes a long way!
I am muslim too and as far as Halal food goes, I'm pretty sure I read somewhere in the accommodation guide that if you are living in one of the catered halls of residence, you can request halal meals.
