I asked a girl for her number on new years eve and I told her I would ring her new years day but I sort of bottled out and sent her a txt message on new years day saying whens best to ring or would you rather I just txt you and she sent one back saying that she didn't mind so I jumped at the opportunity to just txt her. If I ever get a girls number again though, I'm going to ring.

Well if you're looking for a real answer then I'd say no as nobody I know does that, it does however seem like a reasonable theory, if she values sex so much that it's a priority in a relationship there's nothing wrong with the what she said...

texting is the way to go! wen u want to 'establish contact' anyway./.. then u dont have to worry about those awkward silences lol.
