but Buller says the IL-4 protein is species-specific and would not affect the human immune system.
But this research revealed that the modified pox viruses are not contagious, he says. That is good news in the sense that these viruses could not cause ecological havoc by wiping out mouse or rabbit populations around the world if they escaped from a lab.

Although i have no proof what so ever, i think its very likely that America has probably been doing Biological (is that the right term?) experiments for many years now, and have probably already developed many enhanced forms of antrax etc.
The problem really is is it right for them to develop it under the cloak over saying its for defence against bio-terrorists and not for sadaam to have developed them...
If you develop them trust me if its needed it will be used, the used a nuke on Hiroshima
