Yeah but she was clearly making it an issue of "bravery" and for that there must be some degree of mental discomfort...i wasn't talking of them actually feeling comfortable on her legs physically etc. :smile:

I decided to go with tights in the end. I wear hold-ups when out, but for some reason it just seemed a bit, well, naughty to wear them to school, even though it isn't and I'm sure some of the other girls do. And yes, I am over 16!

Everyone is being so boring; 'it won't make you look older', 'wait until you grow up a bit', the point is that she wants to feel sexy and a bit naughty in a way that no one but her will know, I totally sympathise! OP I think you should go for it BUT, when it's warmer, or your bottom will go black and fall off. :eek:

I wouldn't wear them at school. I'm 19 and work at a school in my gap year, and well would find it awkward if someone was wearing them, anyways, I recon you could pull them off, but not at school.
