I'm stuck here house-sitting for my mum for at least a week, maybe longer. I have £40... for buying food. But I'm getting bored. Sooo... should I buy food with the food money, or should I instead buy a PS2 game to stop my boredom?

Hmm .... food or pleasure - tricky. Go for food. Surely you must have old PS2 games you can play. Invite your mates round or something. Isnt it traditional to have a house party

buy a game, then get our mates round to play but tell them they must bring food! alternatively you could steal one or the other?

My friends don't live around here... I only brought my PS2 as a last-minute thought and forgot to bring any games, bar the one that was already in it. And... err, it's not really a house-party situation. I'm only here to look after the dogs 'cause my mum's in hospital.

Shoplifting a few packs of supernoodles... that has potential.

In that case, get the game. You can survive on bread & water.

Ooh. That is a good idea, rent a game from blockbusters that way you can play the game for 4/5 nights (or whatever it is) & still have money for food.

I've been considering buying one cheaper game and then getting cheap food... but I'll end up just buying two cheaper games.

Not likely... not here, anyway. I get so bored in this damn house, I've gotten used to living in town. My mum's place is in the middle of nowhere.

hmmm depends what your hostility levels are like.

Anyway you are stressing ,£40 equates to 11.428 marks and spencers hickory steak pizzas

Now that leaves a pressing question: would you rather they were high or low?

By the way, did you actually use a calculator to work out how many pizzas £40 buys? ...you must be even more bored than me.

Buy the game, food's overrated anyway
