hey people, i have an interview with Warren James (jewlers) on friday, have 2 questions:

1) what to wear: shirt+tie or suit?
2) what sort of questions should I expect from them?

IMO if you're going to wear a shirt and tie, you should wear a suit. To me, someone wearing a shirt and tie just looks like someone who's forgotten their suit jacket. That is unless you wear a V neck jumper...

yeah i think il probably wear a suit, since thats the dress code at a Jewlers anyway.. im just a bit more worried on what questions to expect :s-smilie:

People aren't allowed to tell you what questions they were asked at interview on TSR. There's a sticky at the top of the forum with general interview questions in it, so maybe have a think about potential answers to those questions.

Few years too late, but, how did it go? Did you get the job? :colondollar:

I have a Warren James interview on Monday. :s-smilie:

I've only ever had one job, for 4 and a half years in a bakery not too far from the Warren James store - so I'm worried my relevant skills may be lacking a little.

Also, what to wear? I really, really want this job. I would love working there, but how to proove that without sounding over desperate?

Anyway, I brought this dress for a PGCE interview a few months ago, so have only worn it once - what do you guys think? Appropriate? (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0073E3UEO/ref=oh_details_o03_s00_i00)

Any help would be really appreciated.

Thanks guys!
