Well according to wikipedia, black people have twice as many bones as white people, allowing them to pull off all sorts of funky fresh moves.

lol exactly.
Maybe it's the style of dancing you like that's popular amongst black people here, e.g street/breakdancing/hip hop? I remember when I was younger and I used to go to dance battles & competitions performed by my friends' brothers' 'crew', there was only one white guy- but damn he could move lol. Now, there are much more, and we have other races as well.
Trust me, they can perform just as well as any of the black people. And I'm not fully black but I can still shake it 
Trust me, there are other amazing forms of dances too. I'm trying to learn bellydancing and salsa, which isn't traditionally seen as dances for black people. But there's something about it

Its just because black people have a greater sexual capacity. Singing and dancing for them is basically foreplay.

What do you mean by dancing? Plenty of decent dancers in Europe, particularly Spain. Not that I'm a fan of reality TV shows, but Strictly Come Dancing hasn't featured many black people has it? Point, is that you're being exposed to different types of dancing leading you to believe that a certain background of people are better at it. If you saw swimming in the Olympics you'd think blacks couldn't swim ffs.

massive sterotyping but he has a good point generally black people are better dancers/more confident dancers than white people. You see it all the time. Black people jsut seem to know what to do where white people often look quite odd.
Same with running - why are keyans so good at long distance running - according to Dr Robert Winston he says that because they use to steal cattle and run for miles with cattle on their back they have developed certain genes which enable them to run faster.
Also with alcohol some ethnic groups cannot drink alcohol because they havent developed the genes which create the cells which deal with the toxins in alcohol because of the way their ancestors cleaned water.

They're not especially, it's more of an excuse to justify oppression, like "sure, they're too stupid to get a decent education and they're all to lazy to do well in a job so you shouldn't hire them, but that doesn't mean they're worse than white people, they're just better in other ways! Hell, not a day goes by where I wouldn't consider trading in my decent job/decent school for the ability to dance, lay down rhyhmes and have a large penis!".
