Relationship advice ... please

Alright, i'll try and be as clear as i can. I like this girl and i think she likes me. We get on really well and have got "friendly" before. I've asked her out twice now (relationship sense of the term) and both times, she has said no (because she is confused, she says ...)
Things have become quite awkward between us, when we meet at dinner and stuff (we are at school together) we say hi but nothing more, while when in private we are much more open.
How do i explain to her that i don't want to be just friends; i'm prepared to wait if she says she's confused but i'm worried the more I wait, the more awkward things will become (this has been dragging on for about 2 months now).
What should/can I do?
Thanks

err... tell her everything you just said here, and see how she reponds. My thinking being that telling her how you feel is probably a lot more useful than telling us.

You could say somthing like

"i don't want to be just friends; i'm prepared to wait if your confused but i'm worried the more I wait, the more awkward things will become"

The key to relationship is COMMUNICATION!!!
People seem to forget that

just talk to her and see whats going on

Good luck!

...I assumed that it was a male after reading the post... but I DID think female before I clicked the thread. Because of the name.

I have two firends in a really similar situation, and I've gotta tell you, honesty really is the best policy, you have to tell her how you feel, if you're unhappy with the situation as it is, you need to put your cards on the table, at least then you won't be in limbo any more. Failing that, jump her.

Do the little Britain Laydees go for girls though? I don't think that's ever been covered.

But on this topic: My school Librarian was a transexual. Not a convincing one either - she looked like a man with a bra stuffed full of socks and a wig. And she spoke like the Little Britain ones.

Why not? You know what they say... "When in doubt - rape"

The horrifying thing is - you get used to it. When you're still in primary you hear it as a myth... "The tranny librarian!" and think to yourself, surely it can't be true? Then you start at the school and find it HILARIOUS every time you see her. But after a few years it's just... normal. It's not right.

In fact... when someone sent 'her' a card with a huge pop-up knob inside I almost felt sorry for her.

I saw the guy making it, actually. He was leaving and it was his last day. It worried me how much care he took over constructing that pop-up schlong. The look of concentration.

Yeees I got Smackdown! Vs Raw. Wrestling! YEAH! But, I don't like to talk about it because I can't win the Royal Rumble, and broke one of my controllers. By stamping on it. Again and again. See - this is what no human contact / no food for 5 days in a row will do. It all gets very violent.
