The legs stop hurting pretty much straight away, the hollywood hurts for about 24 hours, especially when you have to put the moisturiser they give you on it!

Well there's not really a dignified way to do it! I wear a skirt, so you don't feel like you're completely naked, but if you want a hollywood, it's kind of what you have to do! They've seen it all before though!
