We hardly have the meat shredding teeth that even cats and dogs have let alone well known carnivores such lions and tigers. Plenty of molars at the back for muching vegetables.

So in other words, our teeth are ideally suited for an omnivorous diet?

The teeth of carnivores are very different from ours. They're suited for eating meat as it comes- i.e. directly off the animal, raw. The way I see it is that if we were destined to be true meat-eaters, we'd be given teeth like that. Instead we need to cut it up, cook it, do all kinds of things that we've invented- if it were truly natural then surely I'd be out hunting and munching on a nice raw chicken by now! As it is, the only hunting I do is bargain hunting on ebay

As I said before... lick and eat a cucumber seductively in front of your parents, it shows that you are dominant and assertive.

In a word yes. For specific meat eating teeth we only have a few canines and that is it.

It's very sad when people like you misconstrue what has been said and assume that it was meant in arrogance. That's rude, actually.

I really want to eat that panda.

I think you wont be effective or truely good to animals when you become veggi.you wont save any after all the meet you eat is pretty much killed and packed, and plus your body needs meat, eggs protiens, only veggi wont be sufficiet to make your brain function properly.

I repeat you can have a perfectly balanced healthy diet from being a veggie and even a vegan.

I was a vegetarian for eight years and I got all A*-C grades in my GCSEs, three A's at A-level, and I'm currently studying English at Oxford. My brain is just fine thank you

I'm not a vegetarian any more, but eight years of it showed me a lot.. for example, whenever vegetarianism is mentioned people instantly decide to judge judge judge, without fail. Why the **** is that? My guess is that meat-eaters assume that when someone is vegetarian, the person is making a moral judgement on other people's carnivorous habits- which they certainly don't in many cases. I never looked down on anyone for eating meat. It was just my choice to be a veggie, just as it was their choice to eat meat (and is my choice now). Why does what other people eat matter to other people so much? I have no clue..

Same goes although I'm obv not doing English at Oxford it hurt my brain power at all.

I hate it, my farmer friends spend hours everytime I see them about how being veggie is wrong but I don't criticise their farming methods.
