    seriously? a guy the other day said oxford like geeks with no lives, even if they arent good talkers or interesting and don't have a good appearance and personality. he said that oxford dont give a toss about people who have a better personality and appearance and talk more openly....mmm.....

    What's the piont in recruiting a bunch of genius's if they're incapable of communicating with the world...if noone else understands it then it's arguably pointless

    What's the point of taking somebody who thinks they know it all already? As long as you turn up looking like you've not just rolled out of bed and don't have a monster hangover it should be fine.
