I've entered myself for Intermediate tier, though my SATs score was a 7 (I've no idea how I got that). There's no way I'm doing Higher, with Intermediate there is a much better chance of passing and getting a strong grade. I'll have a look at past papers, though I believe our teacher will be providing them anyway, just maybe not so soon.
I'm sure you will do fine in the intermediate tier though.

In my school, whoever fails the mock for the higher tier math exam, they will be placed on the intermeidate tier instead.

If your teacher doesn't give out the past papers, I gave you the websites anyway. In addition, the website I gave you have marks schemes on them too, so you can check your answers.

I got a 7 in the maths SAT as well! Which paper did you do? I did 6-8, though for the life of me I can't remember why! We did a past paper and I got a few marks off a level 8, so my teacher asked me if I wanted to do 6-8. I remembered another teacher I had earlier in the year advising me to do it, so I foolishly said yes. I was the only one taking it though.
