I have 3 days to write a 4000 word extended essay 0_0

Basically,got my first draft back 2 days ago and i was basically told to rewrite it completely. I am so screwed.
Its on 'to what extent has the london congestion charge reduced negative externalities in central london ?" and from that investigating the reduction in average travel speeds, air pollution and traffic speeds.

I have all the data that i could find on tfl, but now i need to write it.
Can anyone help me in writing a decent B-A style essay ? I dont really know how to write an economics extended essay well, and would appreciate if someone could help on structure/how to analyse etc

Mate, if I could write a 2000 essay in 4 hours (inc. research time) before coming back to uni over xmas, you can do 4000 words in 3 days easily.

1) Come up with a bulletpoint list of ways the congestion charge has blah blah
2) Write an introduction, paraphrasing the first sentance in your opening line
3) Begin to write a paragraph for each point on your bulletpoint list, analysing why it has the effect it does
4) Take a break after each point to keep yourself mentally awake
5) Give a counter-point to show balance
6) Conclude with a rational argument.

Sorry Phantom_X, I am doing my EE on the congestion charge. Do you still have you extended essay to see how it looks (the structure, diagrams etc.) or did you delete it? Help will be very appreciated!
