It's genetic. As far as i know, diet has nothing to do with it, and i've left my hair for a year without getting it cut before and that makes no difference. Sorry to say, but not much you can do apart from dye your hair really! I'm sure it's not noticable if you only have one or two.
i dont think there is anyway you can stop greying as such, as its to some extent genetic. I wouldnt be worried however, 4 or 5 isnt that big amount if you think about the amount on your head thats a tiny proportion.

oh hush it, ive had a few random white hairs on my head since i was 14

Consider yourself lucky,
remember
a FEW.. not A LOT

Now get over it :h:
I get an odd curly grey one every now and then.
But like, real grey hairs are genetic.
Dye it or be proud =)

having a few grey hairs at the age of 16 isn't unheard of  I bet it's barely noticeable, and if it does become visible, then, hair-dye is your friend.
Do a George Lamb and embrace it, I bet you can make it look sexy

I have quite a bit of grey hairs and that started at 12. It's definitely genetic, all my uncles, father and grandfather have had grey hair at young age.

My parents found a couple when I'm 14. I'm black haired, so we couldn't have made aq mistake. Luckily I still have a head full of black hair, and I'l 17. No worries about it! It's pretty natural

some times it's genetic from what I hear. I know guys who've gone grey very early. I suppose it could be that i don't know any girls cause they'd just dye their hair.

i do know one girl, who's a bit over 20 with quite a few grey hairs suddenly, but I think that is down to stress, as her dad died recently.

I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with diet at all though.
Stress is definitely an issue though, for sure! Try to sort out the stress!

I had at bout 15 white hairs when I was in year 11 (ie. just 16 years old!!), but now i'm 20 and haven't got a single one!

just pull them out, and don't lose any sleep over it xx
I started going grey at 12. I'm now 21 and incredibly grey.

Deal with it.

I started finding grey hairs when I was 14 and I'm now 19. It's still only a few though and I find it tends to be when I particularly stressed.
Just be grateful you have hair-my brother, who is now 17, lost all his hair by the time he was 9 due to alopecia and is only now getting proper hair back, but only on the back of his head.
