Ok, so Paypal have ****** up my balance.... Phoned up last week, guy said he'd forward it to be investigated... still awaiting a response, still early but seriously this is ********.

I sold 2 things on ebay, payments released and all but for some stupid reason i was charged to pay for those items?! :shifty:

So I now have 2 months of jumbled up balances. GREAT! I calculated that i'm about £40-50 short.

Keep on their back, be on the phone all the time and let them know you actually care about them taking/messing up your account.
I don't have a PayPal account (never trusted it to be honest).

But like I said, keep on their backs.

I've phoned them for ~10mins in total so, it's less than a pound... approx 4p a min + 8p connection fee.

No more phone calls, bombard them with emails :p:

Most likely you'll have to send at least 2/3 before you get a response from an actual person

OK, well, Paypal scammed me twice a couple of years back and got a kick in the ********! Talking to a person is useless, e-mailing them is useless. Both times i took Paypal to a small claims court, they didn't show up so i won. Once that's done you're home and free :-)

If ya have any questions PM me, i HATE paypal, would love to see them crash and burn, scamming *******s!

What you need to do when you ring up paypal, to avoid the long annoying automated system, is say

"personal"

then next choice

"my accounts and payments"

and then after that just keep saying "agent" you may have to say it up to three times but you'll get passed to an agent much quicker than sitting around going through all the zillions of phone options.

I've had to phone paypal a lot lately lol

We've got three Calling Plans to choose from and all come with free calls to 0845 and 0870 numbers^ (free at the weekends with the Unlimited Weekend Plan; during the evening and weekends with the Unlimited Evening and Weekend Plan and anytime with the Unlimited Anytime Plan).

So now you can make the calls you need to make – like calling your energy provider or checking your bank balance – without worrying about the cost.

They got back to me via email... but they don't get my drift yet so I did some screenshots and some calculations to prove my point, shall see how that goes. Well at least I got a response.
