gettng cards read

has anyone ever went to go get there cards read ?
i did once i went with a friend to this wierd guys house it was creepy they told me evrything and it was true i went there to see if i would ever get back with my bf and they told me yes that he would call soon and a couple of days later he did. and i have a baby from my bf and that guy who was reading my cards knew . he told me alot of stuff that was true about me and him , he also said that the reason why we broke up was cause someone from my bf side of the family did something to us to make us brake up and my bf side of the family dosent like me too much so i think thats true to.
what do u think do u believe in that kind of stuff?

I wouldn't go to one myself, if it is true and they can read in to the future or whatever then why pay for the service because it will happen anyway, just have to be patient, its better not knowing anyway; then you can always hope/dream

My ex girlfriends gran use to be in to stuff like that and wanted to take me along one time but I wasn't interested, don't think its in line with my religious beliefs anyway although I do read my horoscopes sometimes which is pointless and stupid but just one of those things that I do

i don't think i would like my future read or when i was going to die - nothing like that.
In fact it would probably freak me out if they knew a lot about me in the first place :eek:

Definitely. The cheapest and traditional Rider Waite deck is only £12. Compare that with an overpriced 'fortune teller.' I read tarot cards: certainly very interesting, not always accurate but sometimes, they can reveal things. Just make sure you interpret them correctly.

I've had it done and I wouldnt say it was all that. Most successful fortune tellers will play off your reactions, if though you dont even know that your doing it.

anyone you can recommend? i thought about waiting for the future to happen, but it would give me some security and cut down alot of worries. for examplewhenever u or i have relatioship problems we can always fall back on the thought we will be married in 4 years with 2 children. or if u have health worries its comforting to know u rnt going to die young. or money worries you can know in 10 years you'll be a successfil XYZ

I have several packs of tarot cards and do read them for my friends. Sadly no two predictions can ever be the same. Events change things even in a minute way and our paths are constantly changing. Certainly good if you want a quick answer to something but not for long term. :smile:

I read cards for my friends and family though I don't look at the person when I'm doing it just so that they can say I didn't 'read' them. I am quite accurate, well I think I am. Its just a bit of fun really though! No one should take them too seriously!
