Either by cheque/postal order/bank transfer/credit or debit card over the phone (I just paid by credit card over the phone)

Oh ok! I'm worried this agreement won't get to them on time :frown: Do you have to send off anything else besides the agreement if you're paying your fee by card? (I mean if you were paying by cheque I'd assume you sent the cheque with the agreement but that's obviously not the case here)

Post the agreement back and pay by phone. As long as you've paid, it won't matter if the agreement arrives a little later, that's what I did last year at least.

That's for the accommodation fees, not the deposit.

You can pay by debit card as well over the phone. If you pay by card you have to send the two copies of the agreement, an electrical appliances form, the emergency medical questionnaire and two passport sized photos and a stamped addressed envelope for them to return one of the agreements back to you. Also, don't forget to send the direct debit mandate form (has to arrive by 30th September) and fill in the health check form (this can be e-mailed, posted or dropped off when you arrive)

Have some rep
THANKS :suith:

Thank you :suith:

The electrical appliances and emergency medical qnnaire and the agreement forms for accommodation should be sent to your residence. The mandate should be sent to the credit control. The health check forms are sent separately to somewhere else, or e-mailed, or you can deliver it to the place personally when you're at King's!
