yup, they very rarely interview.
if they were to interview, it is normally for mature applicants, those with unusual qualifications or applicants who have been out of study for a while (to find out why they are entering uni now, will they adapt well to working again and be good students). Also, strangely, for the most competitive courses they are even less likely to interview.

hey all, got 5 of my offers, just waiting for lse, but almost definately wont put it down as firm or insurance. was thinking about ringing ucas and saying i didnt want to wait for their decision, but does anyone know if lse interview everyone. if they dont i might as well wait to see if i get in.




you even dont know that if LSE interviews majority of the applicants or not. didnt u do research about LSE before applying there.

I think the more students they interviewed, the harder the decision they will make.
It's obviously not a good news really. Your PS and grades are more important in this situation.

whether a university was going to interview me or not wasn't a deciding factor at all in choosing uni's. i researched all i had to, and i was just asking a question so i knew how i was going to proceed with things.

simple answer to your question is that LSE dont normally do any interviews. if u had your research done properly you would have known this before. knowing about interview and stuff is common part of uni info even if we r not intentionly looking for only those unis who dont do iterviews.
