To non-1st year humanities students, does it seem so much harder to achieve a 2:1+ Watch

Hi, as the title suggests, does it sudenly seem to be much harder to achieve a top grade, especially after you thought you knew how to write that coveted high 2:1 essay during the end of your first year.

I was achieveing high 2:1 and low first class work with a bit of work last year but this year - my second - the standard which I had built up during my first year is rather mediocre in standards now :sigh: A first class degree now seems to require some miracle....

But ah well gonna keep cracking on it.
