Hi, i have a little sister, well shes 18 but she little to me..in height. Anyhow..her finace is working like lates at nights and she constantly waits for him everyday. In that, she is getting lack of sleep and she once told me she felt like she going to faint.

Now i come back home for a break, i see she is now taking Sleepings pill. For me, i depise all the pills and I think taking Sleeping pills is also a serious matter. What can i do?

I did talk about it, if she keeps it up..she not only makes matter worse but burden her finace..

Any suggestions? Thanks! Why i post anonymous, well..she knows my TSR name

    Keep out of it.
She'll work out for herself what to do and when to go to bed.

Well I'm assuming you mean her fiancé...
I think you can't intervene more than just talk to her (and maybe him?) about it. As you've said, she is 18 and old enough to actually be engaged, so it's her life now...

If you really want to help more then you could talk to him / your parents but I don't think you should try to tell her what to do at all...

What sleeping pills? In the UK, I don't think it's very easy at all to get them. A couple of days' worth after hassling doctors, maybe...

TBH from what you say it doesn't sound like the end of the world.

Why would it burden her fiance?
