does ne1 kno how 2 make up an exercise training programme??
i hav 2 produce 1 for sum1 who swims like 4 times a week, plays footy , golf n always goes 2 the gym, wat is the point????
can ne1 help?

Just draw up a timetable including each day of the week and spread the exercises accordingly across the days. Should be a piece of pie! lol

Well they're doing tonnes of aerobic activity - if you're supposed to be improving their overall fitness why not get them to do some weights/strength training.
