I have always looked after my teeth and not had 1 filling in my 25 years. My dental hygienist in beginning of December warned me to monitor and look after my back teeth in the corners as they were dark. Now I felt one seemed chipped, I took a look tonight and there's some brown specs on 2 of them. I am scared incase the dentist is patronisining as usual and 'tells me off' but also hope I don't have to have teeth pulled out as I hate pain. Back teeth are hard to get to unless I use a small headed brush. It seems like you can't eat or drink anything either I am quite worried.

I know that going to the dentist isn't fun but it is probably worth making an appointment in case it gets worse.

Make it clear to your dentist that you have been doing your best and hopefully they won't tell you off.

There isn't much else that can be done
