Well?

For me...

TV - Nina Myers, 24. Evil, evil cow. Most ongoing villains like her have a reason, or redeem themselves in the end. But not her. She was a crafty piece of work.

Film - Hannibal Lecter. Clearly. There is something stupidly scary about an incredibly smart villain.

Hans Gruuuuuuuber!

He's a legend. He balances element of comedy with sophistication. He kicks ass

If you want a 'serious' villain, then Hanibal Lecter is quite formidable, but I prefer the tone of Mr Gruber. It's more fun.
Tuco in Good, Bad Ugly was pretty awesome too, and the original T1 Arny was scary... actually, would the aliens in Aliens count? Those ******* villains never die lol

I don't reckon Tuco's really a villain in the strictest sense of the word. He's the only recognisably human character, imo; the other two are forces. Wonderful character though, good to see someone else likes this film :yep:
