Stupid personality tests

I personally think there naff. A person best knows what type of person he/she is - he/she doesn't need (one hopes..) a stupid questionnaire to tell them who they areand what they're best suited to. Woooooooooo! All this psycho-analysis rubbish wears thin with me, it really does. All in all people cannot be defined that simply - its fecking impossible. Defining people under categories like that - don't make me laugh you stupid pathetic bunch of retúrds. At best, the huge majority of people have bits of intro and extro in them, full fecking stop - now please tell all of these "psycho-analysis" (oh because its so COOLLLLLL!) maniacs to do themselves and ourselves a big favour and burger off (thats burger off to you mods NOT the swear word!) )

Ahhhh, thats better
Rant over, lets get some water.

So they're not much good then?

theres too much flaming analysis these days - people will increasingly become actors in life - and naturalism of character will go out of the window because "being this means getting there...." etc. Sod personality tests, try not to think about yourself in this way, and be who you are with your character - thats what i argue for - be laissez-faire and don't be someone, or a bit of something you're not.

Me, im a horrendously messy free-spirit, sometimes very nervous and panicky, sometimes cool as a cucumber - very sporty but often very very lazy, an intelligent person (but im biased sp inc?), works very hard but only when thats required - very thoughtful at times but also do things on the spur of the moment - sometimes very logical behaviour, other times very illogical.

Define that you stupid psychologists hehe
ok i'm lying - i love them to pieces - best thing since sliced bread.

Riiiight...
I've done a fair few in the past. Interesting to know how I fit in in the general scheme of things. I did a lot when I was feeling down, they were a bit of a confidence boost really - what with the motivational language and the feeling of well bieng it can give you when the test comes back saying that you are something that you want to be.

I've not done one recently. Haven't seen the need.

It's funny; you'll see a celebrity in the paper with a slogan teeshirt, and then some "resident psychologist, linda poopycrappywhinypants" will go on about how it's obviously intended to be a message to some girl who's dating an ex or something entirely stupid.

Everyone's a psychoanalyst these days.

Not me. Psychoanalysis is the work of the devil (a Mr Fraud by name)...

Its pretty ridiculous really - big brother for example - theres a resident psychologist on there and its just laughable to hear what you says - just have to laugh it off and think what a loser.

Don't get me wrong, psychologists can be useful but these psycho-analysis questionnaires are just wish-ful thinking and i don't think they are much benefit to be honest. People know who they are better than anyone else.
Yeah. Only hours and hours of intense study can reveal properly meaningful results.

if you don't like them then don't take them. Simple.

I agree with you on that one. At least those naff questionnaires in women's magazines. Why would a girl want to know if she's "a faithful partner"? She already knows that. You're only going to give the answers that will lead to the answer you want. I think a lot of girls want to be told they're better than they actually are (better in whatever area the test is considering)
