How many photos to include with provisional driving license application?

I'm aware of the fact that I need one signed, and that's the one I need to stick on...I think? But do I need to put another photo in?

Also, I plan on making a postal order, so do I have to put down the postal order number?

If you applied online and then just sending the photo and identity documents you just need 1 photo but I dont think you're supposed to stick it on...leave it loose? Check on you form though to be sure. I had a special delivery and had to send the pre packaged envelope to get my document back.

Not sure about the postal order thing

I'm applying via post. I've come to the conclusion I need two, just not sure what to stick where.
