I'm with o2 and want to cancel my contract as my phone got nicked so i've been using an old phone thats not exactly working.. But i dont want to have to pay my bill times how many months i have left, which is 11, to cancel it. Is there any way of getting out of paying this?

    Thank you

Phone O2 and report it stolen! Report it to the police as well!

Reporting it to the police won't help unless you have insurance. Call O2 and get the SIM blocked and they will issue you a replacement (with a fee).
You can't get out of your contract unless you pay the remaining monthly costs.

ring O2, get them to send you a new sim card. then use the ****** phone with the new sim card. then you'll still have your minutes nd stuf...just not the phone.
