How intelligent do you consider yourself to be? Do you have trouble accepting the fact that other people are more intelligent than you?
Let's say I'm smarter than a person who studies english and creative writing.
I would say that I"m intelligent but freely accept that there are others that are more intelligent than me.
Intelligence - I have it.
People on TSR are probably more academically-inclined than average, since one of the most common definers of intelligence seems to be academic progress/achievement, then people on TSR probably achieve higher than average grades etc etc.. Personally, I think anyone more intelligent than me is autistic, it's a good coping mechanism for my ego.
I can read labels on packaged food items. Pre-heat oven to Gas Mark 6. Place on top shelf. Leave for 18-20 mins. Eat!
I'm intelligent when the subject interests me, I'm hopeless at maths though.
Dont particluarly care.
There are plenty of people more intelligent than me, but a lot that aren't as intelligent as me in the subjects I enjoy.
I'm not talking about grades people, any idiot can get As if they study. I'm talking about whether you think of yourself as more intelligent than others.
Intelligence and grades are very different. All the same there's likely correlation between them and intelligence quotients. But I find the whole subject of giving someone a number really meaningless.
There are plenty of people more intelligent than me and I'm pleased to largely be surrounded by them.
I'm a complete and utter dumbass. And I have a problem with the fact that dumber people exist.
I would think that most people are more intelligent than me, though to be perfectly honest, that's not exactly hard. XD;
i think im rather intellegent... hopefully top 2% at least.
this said, there are many many people who are far more intellegent than me.
so its all good ay =]
