Has anyone applying for dentistry received anything from Manchester or Liverpool?!

hey.. i havent heard from manchester yet.. jus a card that everyones got by now...has ne1 heard from leeds?
iv got an interview form shef...
The other problem im havving is...
i hav no idea how toprepare for my interview...
also i dont seem to find anything on the internet other than the BDA website... andd everything seems to be for medical school ....
and i need ANswers to questions il be asked... such as WHY DENTISTRY? i kno i shuda sorted that one out b4 i applied...

1)I have always wondered as a child how a toothbrush was able to keep my teeth
sparkling white. lol.2)You cant but notice in this modern world, how teeth
play a crucial role in our society.3)Dentistry would allow me to open my eyes to new and exciting ideas, you cant go out and not notice that teeth
are everywhere.4)I wanna help save lives and thats where teeth
plays a crucial role.5)I first became intrested in dentistry as a young kid, I watched the film called 'The Mask' and aways wondered how the lead character was able to have such pearly white teeth
when he donned the maks.6)I hate bad breath
, so I wanna specialise in oral hygeine.Sorry, just thought I would entertain myself.

Got a letter from sheffield saying i have to attend an interview on 9th dec.
Then, was on msn, the small blue box popped up (" you received an email from teresa smith"). Saying, "would you please attend an interview on 26th Nov."
Applying for dentistry, btw
anyone heard anything from kings or queen mary's?

ur imaginations not bad... and thnx 2 the rest... im trying to not to stress...but keep on getting these waves... and my ict courseworks stressing me out more..! its alll too new for me.. coz this time last year.. i was too busy skiving school... and thout id definetly hav a place secured at bradford uni doin biochemistry or somthin with nno effort..

Don't stress, I had interviews and offers from all 4 dental schools I applied to last year. Just relax and try to come across confident and enthusiastic, they don't expect any knowledge of the subject particularly.

Hey, dont worry aobut it, I am sure you will do fine in the interview. On a serious note, they dont expect you to know the ins and outs of teeth. so dont worry about essays and stuff, I believe the interview is based on sussing you out to see if you have the passion and abilities for the degree. Good luck.
