Did you attend a university interview only to find you had some unusually difficult questions? Are you worried about how such questions could affect your chances?

Every year there are reports of universities using difficult questions at interviews to pick out the best candidates.

Some appear to have little relevance for testing the quality of the candidate. Others seem totally unconnected with the subject being applied for.

Did you experience any unusually tough questions in your university interviews? What were they? Do you think tough questions affected your changes? Were they relevant to your application?
Were you ever put in isolation at school?
