I know; I could have done better. I had the capability of getting straight As ( I was predicted that) but I just had "i can't be bothered attitude) in the second year.

try sending an email. They might make you a conditional offer based on your 1st year exams at whatever uni you are currently at.

I sort of went through this in 2007, where I had near the same A Level results as you and near the same offer but to even try and transfer you will need to do it through UCAS..and probably start your first year again, not simply just go straight into second year. Also they were adament they wanted their A'Level offer too saying I could resit them and they'd be happy to take me on the next year if i got them...but i just went to ljmu. Soo hmm its gonna be quite tough, you'll just have to contact them and see.

If it means that I have to repeat the first year then there is no point really.

What did LJMU say?

Hi,
Did you manage to transfer?
I transferred straight into second year at University of Liverpool this year, and I hadn't got the A-level grades- so you can do it.
You just have to email the head of the subject at UoL and ask if they will take transfers, explain your grades at A Level and say how you are getting on at first year- then you will have to fill out a UCAS form all over again and just put entry level 2 instead of 1
