    like doretos and the like....

i have some left over tortilla wrap things and some left over salsa from fajita wraps the other night.

would it work if i cut the wraps into triangles and baked them to make crisp/nach things (i dont really want to fry).

has anyone tried this??? prehaps with a little salt and pepper or sone chilli powder???? and would i need any oil???

thank you if any one can help

I used to make my own tortilla crisps with a cinnamon and sugar coating. Not very good for you, but absolutely gorgeous. I've always fried the tortilla triangles, though, but you should be able to do them by other methods, I'm sure
