no not the the billy whatshisface song :rolleyes: but the proper divorce, it seems to be really big thing for my family at the moment
first my dad and his wife
them my cousin and his wife
then my cousin and her husband
and last my uncle and his mrs

all this has happened since november!!! :eek: what is wrong with my family?

I don't know. However, I do know that divorce is becoming increasingly commonplace around the world. Take America for example, practically 50% of all marriages there end in divorce.

what i cant understand is though, three of those relationships have been going for more than 10 years!! i cant understand whats going wrong all of a sudden. there must be some sort of curse :frown:

i still more people who are together than divorced. but in america everyone seems to have had like 5 husbands, although this may be just be me being stero-typical!

it wasnt neccesserily (sp) love that people got married for in the old days...
also divorce was more of an enigma so people would just suffer in silence as to avoid humiliation...

Yeh true, and it tends to be (fairly) acceptable to cheat on people these days which leads to break ups
