You don't, you leave it alone. Otherwise you really will end up with a scar.

If they are scabs it is probably better to let them heal on their own.

For the future it is probably better not to pop your spots.

You might want to consider some concealer?

Don't squeeze them at all, you'll get scars anyway.

If its really bad you can see a dermatologist but I don't think it sounds like it is. Just leave them to heal of their own accord, don't touch them, and don't mess with the spots in the future like that.

I've systematically purged every single spot, lesion, pimple and papule I've incurred since acne began, and my Celtic complexion (on those occasions when it's actually clear) still looks this good. But then, I lead a charmed life generally.

Never mind, I'll go pity myself now.

Do you cleanse or exfoliate your spotty areas or just pop them? Popping them is a big no no! Bit difficult to suggest anything, need more info. Presuming that because they leave a black mark that you are Asian?

Pfft. If by the age of 22 you still suffer from persistent acne, you'll have the right to pity yourself.

Be patient for about 3 or 4 days

When the scab has FALLEN off, not been picked off, then use moisturiser, vitamin E cream and/or bio oil to help prevent/fade scars.

I really wudnt have thought picking spots is a good idea doesnt it damage the skin for life? Id go to a dermitolagist and get them to look at the black nmarks.
