I'm going on the 20th November if that helps? I doubt it does, but good luck anyway.

I was gonna try and let GR4 post his own message and give Officerwannabe the benefit of the doubt.

But your way was much more efficient!

We're on No.3 IOT mate, technically the best one! Of course you'll do great

At a guess, they'll get you to do the fitness test - if it is the same one as Cranwell it is maximal press ups and sit ups in a minute and the bleep test! Have fun!

You'll have to do a practise fitness test as LouE3D said. You aren't assessed, it's more to give you an idea of what to expect at Cranwell and to give you a base to improve upon.

I know it's a bit out of date, but...
I wasn't meaning to cause offence to Gr4 when asking him if he'd passed, and sorry if I did! I'm not really sure of the procedure.
No need for you guys to flip! Anyway se ya around

Hey Off/WB, you didn't cause offence in any way. DJ was calling me a git for getting in, not you for asking - don't worry about it. Hows your application going anyway?

Well, I've got a bit of growing to do, but I am trying to do everything I possibly can to become a pilot. I'm trying to get fit (EEK!!) Would promotion in the ATC help me?

I found this link while searching on google:
http://www.how2become.co.uk/royalairforce.htm

By the time I apply, the process may have changed, so I thought I'd better not buy one. Anyway...
It appears to be a CD-ROM that helps you with the OASC, it looked quite interesting with practice aptitude tests etc, if anyone's bought one is it any good? If it is it could be pretty helpful. A bit on the expensive side though.

After deliberation, I have edited this piece- DON'T BUY IT!

Cheers
Officer Wannabe
