Just to add on, I don't think there is a chance that I can accept a girl who is 5 years younger than me or 2 years older than me.

Hmm...interestingly enough I think that I could accept a bigger age gap if the guy was older than me, but not younger. I don't think I've ever gone out with a guy who was younger than me.

I think the girl will feel very funny. If the guy is younger than her, the guy might not even know how to take care of himself and how is he able to take care of a much older girlfriend?
And when the guy is with the girl's friends, it would be very awkard as well I think.
Any girls with these kind of experience, feel free to share, for all we know, it is just my thinking only and it might be wrong.

I don't know really....it's kinda hard to consider that at the moment because I'm very much in love with my boyfriend and can't really think of other guys. I think I definitely prefer older men for maturity and such. Also I like taller guys and younger guys still have some growing to do . I guess if the feelings were there I would....but I don't foresee any feelings for any other guys for the foreseeable future 
EDIT: Oh also I like guys that are a little protective and I feel younger guys can't really be as protective...in my feelings at least! Don't jump on me people

I think the girl will feel very funny. If the guy is younger than her, the guy might not even know how to take care of himself and how is he able to take care of a much older girlfriend?
But you can have a few rare individuals that don't fit this case and so it remains a possibility that someone who would not normally have a partner of such an age difference will because of this. I've seen people of all ages who can't look after themselves irrespective of their partner, if they have one.

It doesn't seem to bother a lot of guys. I see a lot of fourteen year old neds going out with guys in their twenties who don't seem bothered. But then again they're probably just pleased to be getting some because they're not good enough to get girls their own age (ooooh I should put my claws away).
But some guys don't like to go with much younger girls. For example, my boyfriend said he wouldn't date anyone younger than his sister (but then again his sister is a year older than me so I guess that didn't last...)
