I have three exams in one day!!

I just found out my A level exam timetable for this summer and discovered that on one day I have an exam for each of my subjects - two in the morning and one in the afternoon...

I also heard that unless they are 6 hours long in total (mine make 5 hours) you have to do them in the same day...which is going to be pretty hard...!

Anyone else in this position and what did you/are you planning on doing? Three exams is alot :-O

This isn't new... many people have faced that before.

You have to live with it.

Ive had four in one day before, TBH as long as you revise in advance its nice to get them all over and done with!

I had six exams in one day last summer... was doing exams pretty much from 9 till 4. It'll be fine and it usually doesn't affect your result too much.

Yeah, it happens. I had nine hours in one day during AS, which meant I had to be 'quarantined' overnight and did 6 hours one day and 3 the next.

Last summer, my twin brother Sam had ICT, Sports Studies and three Psychology modules on the same day. I think it was three Psychology modules.

live with it, look at the positives, you get 3 exams done in a day, which means you will either have more qualifications than other people, or will get your exams done quicker, or will have more spare days to revise for other exams. Plus an exam is an exam, you can always retake.

I had 6 in one day last summer but it doesn't really make a difference as the adrenaline high is so great!

I had 4 exams in one day once, I got DEUU in them.

you don't really have a choice.
just make sure you're ready and make sure your mind is set on the right subject at the right time.
good luck!

I had six exams last summer, oh well.

Ahhh, unlucky! Nothing you can do about it by the sounds of it. You have my sympathy! I hope you're not a hopeless crammer when it comes to revision like I am!

I had 5 in one day last year, 2x1.5 hours in the morning, 3x1 hour in the afternoon. It wasn't too bad really :p: But really, 3 is nothing to worry about.

Hah, yeah. Makes sense though - I could have found out what all the q's were and then googled them overnight.

I had C4, History 5 and Chem 5 on one day. It's hard but do-able. Just prioritize, so I made sure that I was comfortable with maths ages before the exam and just revised chem on the night, as I was in a pretty good ums position in history and felt like I new the material well.

lol, live with it? I have that too. 1 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. It just means I'll have to spend quite a lot of time revising after my first exam. And a lot of revision in preparation. Good luck nonetheless though!
