Depends what i'm doing/talking about. If i'm out drinking i prefer to be out with guys cos i usually end up arguing with girls. But if i was shopping, i would prefer to be with girls cos i cant STAND shopping with guys. They are just so impatient!

no real preference.

Most of my close friends are girls, so I picked girls, but then I have nice male friends as well, so it's hard to say. I just really like doing girly things sometimes, like giggling and watching The Sound of Music and talking about boys, and it seems that some boys don't find that so much fun to do. But then sometimes I do normal things, like watch TV game shows and play cluedo, which boys like doing too, so it evens out ok.

i feel much more comfortable with girls than guys usually; i can be myself more tho this isnt on purpose its just something iv noticed about myself over time.
i like hanging out with a mixture sometimes tho; gives a different vibe to a group.

I have no preference whatsoever. I find I only fancy one girl at a time, and apart from her, I see the rest of my friends as "equivalents" - i.e. don't bother too hard making the distinction that they are a boy or a girl.

No specific preference, but I find they're better for different things.

A large proportion of my social time is spent playing sport of some kind, and that usually involves more guys than girls.

For regular social time, I really don't see a difference between the two.

I despise going into town, or anywhere with shops with girls. It's bad enough shopping with your girlfriend, but if there's more than one of them, it's going to be a long long day.

Sometimes, when I need to talk about things, I'd rather do it with a girlie friend, they're just better at it.

I have no preference!

I love the help, support, and overall friendship you can gain from both sexes. I'm just your average girl, but i don't wear make-up, or get too concerned with my attire, so sometimes i can tell which type of friends are for me- but generally i'm very happy to be considered a friend by anyone really

Opposite sex really... dont know why... I tend to talk better when in company with girls than guys...

A mix of both..depends on what doing and mood! More the ACTUAL persons character I am going/doing something with that is the decision..not the GENDER of them! As I have a boy mate who is in to fashion and shock horror shopping, which is typically a feminine trait..and NO he ain't gay! Shock horror to some of you ain't it!

See what you mean though..some prefer hanging with a certain gender....

Opposite by far... I hate my social life at uni because I'm stuck with 95% blokes... ugh! :frown: and i get the feeling they don't like me. Meh, I don't care what they think. I find female company far better. No crappy chats about football and "shagging birds" ugh!!!!! I hate being a guy sometimes...

I prefer being with the people that I can talk to about the things I like...it just so happens that most of them are male... do have female friends who have a slightly male basing (like I do apparently) and I get on with them really well. I can talk about periods and pink etc.
