My dissertation is titled 'Are consumer attitudes towards e-commerce changing' Obviously they are but I am after any reports (online or offline) or books which discuss the attitudes of people towards e-commerce. I don’t want a source to copy from but I need other peoples opinions (even if it was 5 years ago) for my literature review. I feel like I'm going round in circles!
Our uni library has loads of books on e-commerce but none of them focus on consumer attitudes, it's all business models and how to create an effective e-commerce web site. Any help would be most appreciated
Thanks
