DSA and receipts
Hey,
I sent off copies of the receipts for all of the things i paid for that are included in my DSA, but i was wondering how long it normally takes to hear back from them/be sent the money? I sent it over 3 weeks ago and need to know whether i should try and send them again perhaps.

It'll take a different amount of time for each LEA, depending on how busy they are. Maybe ring them and make sure they recieved them before planning to send things again? You can ask them at the same time how much longer they think it'll be

My LEA never tells me whether or not they've received them- I don't think it's their policy.
I just have to check my student loan statement online or when it comes in the post.
