all per 1 hour machines(orbit something machine) swimming dumbbels exercises, with some aerobix moves walking which is the best of all for burning and stuff???
for burning, anything aerobic (especially if you want quick results) if it's a long term thing then those machines are good for muscle training (which will speed up your metabolism) swimming is supposed to be the most complete exercise though, the one that covers most areas...
The ultimate way of getting fit is joining the boat club and starting rowing. It demands a lot of commitment but it definitely pays off. Most unis have 7 training sessions for the less serious boats and 12 a week for the first team. Nothing tones all the body more than rowing. At the end of a race, most rower's pulse rate reaches 220 and it's hard to find anything more physically demanding.
But it's not for everyone. To be honest, I still have nightmares of 2k tests and races where I threw up at the end.
This year I couldn't be bothered continuing rowing after 8 years of the stuff.

Well... that depends on what you want, like what results are you looking for? If it's just to burn as many kilojules as poss, I'd go with the swimming. I mean it also depends on your body shape too, for some (esp those with fine/small shoulders) it'd be superiour for them to cycle instead. And you really need to be co-ordinated to undertake aerobics lol!

well if you want to burn fat, do some cardio exercise eg, swimming, jogging followed by some sorta weight training eg, dumbbels, bench presses etc.
this should convert ur fat to muscle. oh and exercise bout 3 times a week.
might be different for girls though, wouldnt want to become to muscular now ...
it's gonna take less time than any of your options, and will target fat more directly, supposedly...
if you don't know what hiit is, it stands for high intensity interval training. so you go on, say the treadmill, and alter the speed every minue in this kind of fashion:
5,6,7,9,7,10,7,11,7,12,7,11,7,10,7,9,7,6,5...
so warmup, then intensity, rest, intensity, rest....warmdown. it's more fun too.
Sounds... confusing... and too much like hard work...
Works well though. My pet hate (but it's damn good for you) is the 30 minute rate building anaerobic threshold erg (rowing machine) I'm meant to do every week.
Really pushes you, and it's not called the "erg of death" for no reason, but it works. Apparently they're putting all the ratings up 2 next term Only good if you know how to use an erg though. For general exercise, swimming (high speed, not just paddling) is really good, and less work on your joints than running.
Different exercises suit different people. But the important thing for improving aerobic endurance and overall fitness is to work at 70% of you MHR(maximum heart rate) To find MHR you do 220- your age. So for me my MHR is 203 and I should have my pulse at 142 (ish).
