Nope... thats ma problem... not been sleeping at all (well, I lie... about 2 hours a day MAXIMUM...) I just have these periods when I hardly sleep follwed by ones where all I do is sleep... and yes, I've tried everything to get to sleep and/or stay awake...

well, if you've tried everything, all I can suggest is that you try and make those awake-hours productive... Do your work (or whatever you have to do) now, it's during those moments of insomnia that I get my essays done

do you have much caffine through the day? (coke, coffee, tea, energy drinks)

Ummm... waaay 2 much coffee but this isnt my problem im sure... and I exercise when wlking to the shops for ma fags (OK so its an unhealthy lifestyle but, yknow, u only live once...)

The coffee can keep you awake. And cause irregular sleeping patterns
And you obviously aren't getting enough exercise. When you aren't sleeping enough try going for a run, or just doing some housework or something. Just get your heartrate up for about 30 minutes (watching an exciting tv program doens't count)

haha, exciting TV programs... mind you, there aint many exciting TV programs in the little hours of the morning...

I would go for a run but, the area I live in isnt the best for middle of the night runs... like, I dont wna get shot just so I can go 2 sleep...

The coffee should stop tho... but I only have like, 4 cups a day MAX... thats not a lot compared to people I know... :s-smilie: I dunno...

I don't mean exercising now, that would do the opposite.
You need to exercise during the day, that way you use up energy and should feel tired at a normal time. You don't need to go out to exercise. Cleaning the house, vacuuming, polishing, going over the bathroom and kitchen if done at a speed will use a lot of energy.

Try decaf coffee if you aren't sleeping well at the moment.

Exercise... doesnt sound appealing but 2moros Sunday n I got nuffin 2 do so, if im not on here 2moro at this unruly hour u'll know why... and vice versa!!

Oh I know.
I can't have caffine at all because I have a bad reaction to it. Used to love coffee. And JD+coke or Vodka+coke. Decaf just doesn't taste the same (and it's not sold in pubs)
It's healthier though.

Is it just me, or does nothing beat that moment when you wake up (or not, in my case)... and you can just sit down with a fag and a coffee and watch the cat stretch... wow, its the little things in life that make me oh so happy :biggrin:

minus the fag - Yes totally agree (I gave up coke so that I could go on drinking coffee - and I was addicted to coke!)

Well I don't have either cigerette or coffee, but it is nice to lay in bed and have my cats wake me up and then snooze on my legs again.

Wow I think I'm actually tired now... I'm gonna hit the couch n get sum shut eye before my mum gets up insanely early (in about an hour) and starts hoovering or summat... oh yeah, another reason for my lack of sleep may be the fact I've been on the sofa since xmas coz ma stupid silly dad cant decorate fast... what a shame... anyways, cya wen I cya n thanks 4 ur help, Im OFF TO BEDDY BOO BYES!!!
