I would say so, you can freeze milk and cream, so I think it would be fine :smile:

It might split a bit when you defrost it, and you need to be careful reheating it (specially if it's got eggs, not so much from a food safety pov but you might get lumpy bits) but it'll still taste ok, even if it doesn't look beautiful. As a rule, tomato based sauces freeze much better than cram/egg based ones.

I would suggest you only freeze straight after cooking. Over the 5 days in the fridge it will have had time to spoil and is probably too far gone for freezing by now.
