I'd say warwick is one of the best looking, most modern universities ive been to see. Much preferred over Bath, york and Bristol.

Im in complete agreement with this. In comparison with places like leeds which is a concrete mass, warwick is really pretty. Its probably the nicest campus I have visited, although my university visits are admittedly few.

I like the campus. It's pretty, and there's lots of trees and flowers and squirrels and ducks. The design obviously looks a bit artificial, but it's still nice. There's always people cutting the grass as well, so it smells nice!

I thought Warwick was nice, anyway after seeing York I dont think it would take much. Depends whether you like that modern look, although a friend i was with reckoned it was like being on a smart industrial site.

warwick & ugly? that doesn't go together at all...yes, the modern buildings are all cool, but i found the science buildings slightly put-off as they look abit like factory-office blocks...and yes, i still didn't like the library...haha, but hey, i will be spending most time in the new maths-stats department if i get in :biggrin:

how quaint....shame its situated in a hole. Oh well, can't win 'em all i suppose. Personally I wouldn't last 5 minutes....im sure the novelty would wear off within a week. Mind you, im not easily entertained. Thats why im going to kings college..a uni in the centre of london on the strand..lol. Don't get me wrong, i know some love warwick :confused:

Oh...Sophie...at King's? I was there for three years! The building on the strand is the ugliest building in the whole world. But the Maughan Library is awesome. Enjoy London. All the best.

i suppose it isn't that attractive. But the again you've got the added bonus of the views over the thames/houses of parliament/millenium eye/somerset house/the law courts etc. Yeah, i saw the library, it was incredible. So what did you study and would you recommend it as a uni? To be honest its between kings and bristol i haven't fully made up my mind, though kings is my fave @ this stage.
