The more I see people talking about Richmond and Winkworth the more I'm regretting not putting them down :frown: *sob* and yet I can't bring myself to change my application from Goldney and Manor... bloody hell I'm confused again!

Well I really liked the look of both of your choices! I just quite want an en suite and cant see me getting one at Goldney! I would be happy at Manor if I were put there also!

I guess I'm not so worried about the massive hall experience.. I dont want a house with like 4 people in it or anything! I could just cope without 300 people. Although I dont really mind if I end up in a big hall!

Where have you chosen?

Ok pretty much decided to put Unite down as my second option. I'll deal with any problems if they occur lol, nice to have a heads up though!

Now I just cant decide between Richmond Terrace and Winkworth as my first choice..

Why am I so indecisive?!

Winkie is apparently more lively as its closer to the centre and the rooms are HUGE, whereas in richmond its luck of the draw room size wise and appears to be quieter.

Well not filled the form in or anything yet but Im thinking Winkworth first and Unite second. I really want an en suite :|

Though it would not be the end of the world if I HAD to share.

Where have you chosen/ going to choose?

Social Policy. It looks pretty intresting

I haven't the confidence for drama!
Im having trouble deciding, so can anyone give any pros/cons for Durdham, Richmond terrace, Winkworth house &/or Woodland court

Theyre all the catered en suite ones. Im after somewhere reasonably sized with a decent social life. Dont really mind if its Clifton of Stoke Bishop

Anyone point me in the right direction? anything about any of them would help greatly
Richmond terrace is expensive - nice position, but if you are not wealthy you may end up being 'left out' to an extent.

Durdham, not my cup of tea - probably a safe bet though.

Winkworth and Woodland to my knowledge are fairly similar, the social lives there are probably for the more adventurous

I'm wondering why you said that about Richmond.... I never had that experience.... It's not like it's massively expensive compared to everywhere else that's ensuite either....

prices are upto £116 a week this year. Durdham is £97 may not seem like a huge difference but over a year its a good £800

It's only a couple of hundred pounds less than staying in catered halls - so if you want to stay there you either have to be working all year or have some other source of money. I think anyhow...

I've just completed my application on the website and I am right in thinking that there was no personal statement related thing to complete but just boxes to tick on our hobbies and intrests?
