Out of all the people I've met during my time at Wills, I could count the number of people on two hands whom I would classify as totally dislikeable, up-their-own arses, unendurable epitomies of "rah."
Well obviously me, Vinny and Michelle are three, who are the others?
Apologise for the "German" humour Although I like to think my humour is influenced more by my father's British side of the family... What I was TRYING to say (through my wonderful nursery rhyme) is that I don't understand why there's so much "rah" talk here. I think all that's really been established is that every hall has an amount of rahs at the moment, but seeing as all halls will basically have a lot of completely different people at them next year, why bother with this? Just pick what you feel like looks best and doesn't have the reputation of falling apart. You know...in my humble opinion...
rah rah black sheep. have you any wool? yes, sir, yes, sir. three halls full. one for rui, and one for nik87 and one for suga_fly_77, who lives down the lane.
Richmond Terrace looks really nice. It's just a bit out of my budget. It's just been refurbished as well, so lots of stuff will be new, or at least not falling to bits.

No, certain halls will always be more rah. Churchill - it just always is. There are public school people there now, then tell their friends it is the place to be for public school people, it gets around the schools, and the next year of people, the public school people go to Churchill. I promise you.
Totally disagree, sorry. Out of all the people I've met during my time at Wills, I could count the number of people on two hands whom I would classify as totally dislikeable, up-their-own arses, unendurable epitomies of "rah." A rah is defined by the way you act, not how you speak or what kind of school you went to, and you're assuming that public schooling automatically makes you rahey.
That's exactly what I always say. And I can't speak for this year, but there were no more rahs there than at a number of halls, and far less than churchill. I made friends with people who went to all sorts of schools, comprehensive grammar, private, public, mixed, single sex etc. Its really down to the individual.
I was secretly hoping u did mean me Unless u have someone else in mind lol!But the more the merrier i spose If u came to RH id have to book u in.Bt ur defo allowed to stay Already way ahead of u in asking those questions lol
but in manor it's all single sex floors...so does that mean u cant have someone of the opp sex stay with u??...
You can, it's not like anybody is going to stop you. Saying that, I'm on an all girls corridor and my next door neighbour has frequent visits from her (very irritating) boyfriend, who stays for up to a week at a time, shaves his pubes in the showers, and bangs against the wall when they, erm, copulate. Avoid any of that and it won't be a problem.
